These Terms govern purchases and use of American Outdoor Savings, operated by Solutions Marketing LLC. Please read them before purchasing or using the Services.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of AmericanOutdoorSavings.com and the purchase, access, and use of digital guides, discount information, membership offerings, and related services (the "Services") operated by Solutions Marketing LLC ("American Outdoor Savings," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website or purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to purchase our products or use the Services. Some third-party offers may have additional age, residency, licensing, or other eligibility requirements. You are responsible for meeting those requirements.
American Outdoor Savings offers digital guides featuring promotional offers, coupons, discounts, and information from participating merchants. The 2027 American Outdoor Savings Guide is a digital PDF product, not a physical book. Following a successful purchase, access or download instructions will be provided through our checkout, delivery platform, customer account, and/or email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the device and software needed to open PDF files. Contact support@americanoutdoorsavings.com if you experience a delivery problem.
We may correct errors, update files, or change how digital content is delivered. A purchase does not guarantee that any particular merchant will continue to participate or that any particular offer will remain available.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. The price and any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal, whose terms and privacy practices also apply. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every product or subscription.
We may decline, cancel, or refund orders where necessary to address suspected fraud, payment errors, or unauthorized transactions, subject to applicable law.
The 2027 American Outdoor Savings Guide is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email support@americanoutdoorsavings.com within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date to request a refund. Include the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order number. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider.
Refunds for recurring Savings Club payments, if offered, are subject to the refund terms disclosed at that product's checkout and any applicable law. The 30-day guide guarantee does not automatically apply to separate membership renewals. This distinction must also be clearly disclosed at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
We may offer an optional American Outdoor Savings Club or similar subscription. Any subscription is separate from the one-time guide purchase and requires your affirmative agreement. Before you subscribe, the checkout will disclose the recurring price, billing interval, included benefits, cancellation method, and any applicable trial or promotional conditions. For example, if a Savings Club is offered at $14.99 per year, that amount and its annual renewal terms must be shown at the point of enrollment.
Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method on file for each renewal. You may request cancellation at support@americanoutdoorsavings.com or through any self-service cancellation method made available to you. Cancellation stops future renewals; access for the already-paid term and refunds, if any, are governed by the terms presented at checkout and applicable law. We will provide notices or obtain additional consent when required by law.
We do not promise that a particular number of new guides, coupons, or merchants will be added during a subscription term unless expressly stated in the offer you purchase.
The guide contains promotional information and may include coupon codes, affiliate links, merchant discounts, and special offers. Each offer is subject to its specific merchant terms, which may include expiration dates, minimum purchases, product exclusions, inventory limits, geographic restrictions, one-time-use limits, and restrictions on combining offers.
The total advertised potential savings represents the sum of qualifying promotional opportunities, not a guarantee of savings for any individual customer. Actual savings depend on which offers you qualify for and use, the items purchased, and the merchant's current terms. You are not guaranteed to save the purchase price of the guide or any particular amount. Merchant participation, prices, offers, and availability may change or end before the stated expiration date, including for reasons outside our control.
Advertised savings totals represent the combined potential value of discounts, coupons, and promotional offers included in the American Outdoor Savings Guide. Savings may be calculated using the maximum available discount for qualifying purchases, including offers that require minimum spending amounts or other conditions.
Advertised savings figures are illustrative and do not represent an amount that every purchaser will save. Achieving the full advertised savings amount may require making multiple purchases from different merchants, meeting minimum purchase requirements, and using offers before their expiration dates.
Actual savings will depend on the offers used, products purchased, merchant pricing, eligibility requirements, and applicable restrictions. Not all offers may be combined, and certain discounts may change or become unavailable.
We endeavor to present accurate information, but the merchant's current website, checkout, and written offer terms control the actual discount and transaction. If a code does not work, contact us and/or the merchant so we can investigate; we cannot compel a third party to honor an offer.
American Outdoor Savings publishes information about offers from independent third-party merchants. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not manufacture, sell, ship, fulfill, or warrant the goods offered by those merchants. When you follow a merchant link, your transaction is with that merchant, and its purchase terms, privacy policy, return procedures, warranties, shipping terms, and other conditions apply.
Some merchant links are affiliate or tracking links. We may receive compensation if you click a link or complete a qualifying transaction. We will provide additional disclosures where required. The inclusion of a merchant does not necessarily imply that it sponsors or endorses American Outdoor Savings.
We may send order confirmations, access instructions, account notices, support responses, and other transactional communications related to your purchase. Where permitted, we may also send promotional emails. You can opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link, but necessary service messages may continue.
SMS marketing is optional and is not a condition of purchase. If you separately and affirmatively opt in to American Outdoor Savings text messages, we may send recurring automated promotional texts about savings, offers, new resources, and related promotions. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We may send a final confirmation of an opt-out. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Additional program-specific disclosures may be provided at the point of consent.
Subject to these Terms, purchasing a guide grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use it for your own lawful, noncommercial purposes. Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you may not redistribute, resell, republish, publicly post, sublicense, share purchased files with others, or commercially exploit our guide or compilations. You may retain a reasonable personal backup copy.
You may not use the Services to commit fraud, violate laws, interfere with site security, submit another person's contact information without authorization, scrape or copy protected content for redistribution, misuse coupon codes, attempt to circumvent access controls, impersonate others, or interfere with merchant or affiliate tracking systems.
Certain third-party outdoor, sporting, tactical, or other products may be age-restricted, regulated, or unavailable in some jurisdictions. We do not determine the legality of any purchase, possession, use, transport, or import. You are responsible for verifying all applicable laws, eligibility requirements, permits, restrictions, and safety instructions. Nothing in our Services encourages unlawful or unsafe activity.
The website, original guide compilations, text, designs, branding, and other content are owned by Solutions Marketing LLC or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Merchant names, logos, product images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily indicate endorsement.
If you send non-confidential feedback, suggestions, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and adapt that material in connection with operating and promoting the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You represent that you have the right to submit it.
If you believe material on our website infringes your copyright, email support@americanoutdoorsavings.com with the subject "Copyright Notice" and identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, and the basis for your claim. We may request further information required by applicable law.
Our content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, investment, tax, training, or other professional advice. Evaluate products independently and consult an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS 30-DAY REFUND COMMITMENT AND OTHER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, THE SERVICES AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EVERY THIRD-PARTY OFFER WILL BE VALID, AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLUTIONS MARKETING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR THIRD-PARTY MERCHANT TRANSACTIONS. TO THE EXTENT LAWFULLY PERMITTED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATED TO A PRODUCT PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM US WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT PRODUCT. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solutions Marketing LLC and its representatives from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights. This obligation does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.
These Terms are governed by Tennessee law, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules, disputes will be heard in the state courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee, or the appropriate federal court serving that area. Before filing a claim, please contact us to attempt an informal resolution; nothing here restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
We may modify or discontinue features, correct errors, or update these Terms, subject to applicable law and existing purchase commitments. The updated Terms will appear on this page with a revised date. If a change requires notice or consent, we will provide it. We may restrict access for fraud, abuse, security risks, or material violations of these Terms.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms expressly accepted at checkout form the agreement regarding the applicable Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only. Electronic notices and agreements may be used where permitted by law.
